What is inConfe?

inConfe is a Dubai-based event technology and operations company. Its cloud event management platform covers event registration, QR code check-in, on-site badge printing, access control, interactive agenda and live Q&A, and its on-site teams run registration and access control at events in Dubai and across the UAE.

Which events is inConfe used for?

inConfe is used for corporate conferences, exhibitions and trade shows, forums and institutional events, seminars, panel discussions, product launches, gala dinners and VIP events, from 100 to 2,000+ guests.

Do participants need to install a mobile app?

No. inConfe automatically creates a web-based event app. Participants open it in their phone browser using the link or QR code from their invitation, and staff scan QR codes with a phone or iPad, also without an app.

How does QR code check-in work in inConfe?

Each participant receives a personal QR code after registration. At the entrance, staff scan the code, the attendee status is verified in real time, and access is granted according to the participant category, including VIP and restricted zones.

Can inConfe print badges on site?

Yes. Badges with name, company and job title are printed on demand at check-in from registration data. Badges and lanyards can also be produced in advance.

Does inConfe support multi-venue, multi-day and hybrid events?

Yes. The platform supports several venues and halls, multi-day programmes with attendance tracking, and hybrid formats with integrated live streaming.

How does inConfe increase audience engagement?

Does inConfe provide on-site staff?

Yes. In Dubai and across the UAE, inConfe provides registration hostesses, supervisors and access control managers who work on the platform, as well as exhibition stand staff and interpreters. See event operations in Dubai.

How much does inConfe cost?

The inConfe licence starts from AED 1,000 for a small event of 75–100 guests, or from AED 1,500 with data management by our team: guest list import, registration setup and email sequences, from AED 500. Badge printers with consumables, on-site setup and event-day coordination are added separately; a package with an on-site coordinator and equipment starts from AED 4,500, and large events and exhibitions start from AED 7,000. Hostesses and other event staff are quoted separately. Every project is quoted individually, so the final price depends on the scope, number of guests, venues and level of on-site service.
