inConfe runs access control for conferences, exhibitions, launches and private VIP events in Dubai and across the UAE. Guests enter by personal QR code and access category, VIP and VVIP flows are separated, and our access control manager coordinates security and guest navigation across one or several venues.
Engage a single service or a complete operations package. All teams work on the inConfe platform, so guest data, check-in and badges are managed in one system with real-time reporting.
When a company comes to us directly for a complete event, we bring in production partners we work with regularly in Dubai, manage them on your behalf and take responsibility for their delivery as for our own. You keep one point of contact and receive one consolidated proposal.

Registration forms, access categories, badges and invitations are configured on the inConfe platform.
The on-site team is briefed, the registration area is laid out and the process is rehearsed before doors open.
Check-in, guest flow and live attendance data on the day, followed by a post-event attendee report.
Each guest receives a personal QR code after registration. At the entrance, staff scan the code, the guest’s status and access category are verified in real time, and entry is granted to the right zones, including VIP and restricted areas.
Yes. Our access control manager either recruits and briefs a security team for your event, or briefs and manages security provided by the venue or the client, ensuring consistent entry rules at every entrance. For VIP zones and queues we install VIP barriers (stanchions with ropes).

VIP guests usually arrive without QR tickets and are registered manually, which takes longer. At the EYWA event “Celebration of a New Era in Real Estate – Generation 5.0” at Bluewaters Forum we deployed 16 staff across 3 desks (tickets, VIP invitations and VVIP), supported by 2 supervisors, a head of staff and security.
At minimum, a head of staff and two coordinators, 3–4 tablets for registration plus the staff’s smartphones as QR scanners, and hostesses for check-in and guest navigation between the venue zones. The number of hostesses depends on the arrival pattern, the number of entrances and the VIP categories.
