inConfe prints name badges at check-in from registration data at conferences, forums and exhibitions in Dubai and across the UAE. Badges with name, company and job title are printed as guests arrive, and badges and lanyards can also be produced in advance. Our printers run on batteries and our own internet, so printing does not depend on venue power or Wi-Fi.
Engage a single service or a complete operations package. All teams work on the inConfe platform, so guest data, check-in and badges are managed in one system with real-time reporting.
When a company comes to us directly for a complete event, we bring in production partners we work with regularly in Dubai, manage them on your behalf and take responsibility for their delivery as for our own. You keep one point of contact and receive one consolidated proposal.

Registration forms, access categories, badges and invitations are configured on the inConfe platform.
The on-site team is briefed, the registration area is laid out and the process is rehearsed before doors open.
Check-in, guest flow and live attendance data on the day, followed by a post-event attendee report.
The guest’s QR code is scanned at the desk, the registration record is confirmed and the badge with name, company and job title is printed immediately. A second staff member hands over the badge with a lanyard, so the line keeps moving.
Yes. Badges and lanyards can be produced before the event, and on-site printing covers late registrations and changes.
Yes. Our badge printers are battery-powered, and our own iPads and laptops operate for approximately 8 hours on battery. Printers and equipment run on our own internet connection, while iPads and laptops can also use the venue Wi-Fi, even on a slow or weak connection.
Badges are printed from inConfe registration data. If you collect registrations in your own system, we import your guest list before the event and switch to our registration link for the final stage.
Typically 2–3 people: two registration hostesses and one supervisor who manages the equipment and supports badge printing at peak times. For a simple check-in against a guest list, two people are often sufficient.
It depends on the arrival pattern. At an exhibition, where visitors arrive with tickets or QR codes evenly throughout the day, 4–6 people are sufficient. At a forum with VIP guests, where most attendees arrive within one hour and each check-in takes 20 seconds to a minute, registration alone can require 8–10 people.
No. Guests receive a QR code by email and open the event page in their phone browser. Staff scan the codes with a phone or iPad, also without an app.
