inConfe provides registration hostesses and supervisors for conferences, forums, exhibitions and VIP events in Dubai and across the UAE. Our teams run QR check-in on the inConfe platform, print badges on site and set up branded registration desks, press walls and roll-ups, for events from 100 to 2,000+ guests.
Engage a single service or a complete operations package. All teams work on the inConfe platform, so guest data, check-in and badges are managed in one system with real-time reporting.
When a company comes to us directly for a complete event, we bring in production partners we work with regularly in Dubai, manage them on your behalf and take responsibility for their delivery as for our own. You keep one point of contact and receive one consolidated proposal.

Registration forms, access categories, badges and invitations are configured on the inConfe platform.
The on-site team is briefed, the registration area is laid out and the process is rehearsed before doors open.
Check-in, guest flow and live attendance data on the day, followed by a post-event attendee report.
Staff usually work in pairs: one scans the guest’s QR code, the other prints the badge and hands it over with a lanyard. VIP guests are registered manually at a separate desk, and a supervisor manages the equipment and the queue at peak times.
Typically 2–3 people: two registration hostesses and one supervisor who manages the equipment and supports badge printing at peak times. For a simple check-in against a guest list, two people are often sufficient.
It depends on the arrival pattern. At an exhibition, where visitors arrive with tickets or QR codes evenly throughout the day, 4–6 people are sufficient. At a forum with VIP guests, where most attendees arrive within one hour and each check-in takes 20 seconds to a minute, registration alone can require 8–10 people.
At minimum, a head of staff and two coordinators, 3–4 tablets for registration plus the staff’s smartphones as QR scanners, and hostesses for check-in and guest navigation between the venue zones. The number of hostesses depends on the arrival pattern, the number of entrances and the VIP categories.
VIP guests usually arrive without QR tickets and are registered manually, which takes longer. At the EYWA event “Celebration of a New Era in Real Estate – Generation 5.0” at Bluewaters Forum we deployed 16 staff across 3 desks (tickets, VIP invitations and VVIP), supported by 2 supervisors, a head of staff and security.
Yes. Our badge printers are battery-powered, and our own iPads and laptops operate for approximately 8 hours on battery. Printers and equipment run on our own internet connection, while iPads and laptops can also use the venue Wi-Fi, even on a slow or weak connection.
Yes. We produce or rent registration desks, backdrops, press walls and roll-ups branded for your event, and install them as part of the registration area.
Teams typically work in English plus the language of your guests. We have staffed events in English, Arabic, Russian, French, Turkish, Italian, Spanish and Chinese, and provide interpreters for exhibition stands.
Yes. Many organisers start collecting registrations in their own forms or ticketing system and share the guest list with us before the event. We import it into inConfe and switch to our registration link for the final stage, so QR codes, check-in and badge printing run in one system on the day.
Yes. Depending on the project, registration staff can be booked as a standalone service. For smaller events, a light version of the platform can be provided with the team: guests are checked in against your list and you see arrivals in real time.
