It depends on the stand size and goals. We staff anything from a single stand hostess to a complete team with promotional staff, interpreters and other roles the client needs. A typical request is 1–4 hostesses who welcome visitors, talk to them and collect leads.
Which languages do your stand staff and interpreters speak?
English, Arabic, Russian, French, Turkish, Italian, Spanish and Chinese. Teams usually combine English with the languages of your visitors.
Which exhibitions have you staffed in Dubai?
At Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) we provided hostesses for CyberArk at GISEC Global, and we work at other exhibition venues across the UAE.
Do you provide staff uniforms, make-up artists and radio communication?
Yes. We select uniforms to match your event, provide make-up artists for the staff and, on request, for the client, equip the on-site team with radios, and apply camera stickers to staff phones at private events.
Can you source items for the stand?
Yes. We source small stand items on request and produce press walls, backdrops and roll-ups.
Can stand staff collect visitor leads?
Yes. Our hostesses engage visitors and collect their contacts with the tools you provide, such as the exhibition’s lead retrieval app, your CRM form or business cards. When inConfe runs the digital infrastructure of the whole exhibition, lead scanning and analytics can be enabled in the inConfe platform.
Can we book stand staff without the platform?
Yes. Stand hostesses, interpreters and promotional staff can be booked as a standalone service, depending on the project.
How many registration staff are needed at an exhibition?
At an exhibition, where visitors arrive evenly throughout the day, 4–6 registration staff are usually sufficient for around 500 visitors.
